A History of Significant Cases
Since 2008, I have represented clients in postconviction and appellate matters in courts throughout Wisconsin. I have defended cases with a panoply of underlying crimes.
I have experience both directly appealing (Wis. Stat. Sec. 809.30) and collaterally attacking (Wis. Stat. Sec. 974.06) convictions. I have appeared before courts at every level of the Wisconsin judicial system, including the supreme court. I have filed numerous briefs on behalf of my clients and have written several petitions for review to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
